I joyfully devoted 20 years to making other peoples' lives better in the corporate world, both formally and informally, ranging from Human Resources to Employee/Leadership Development to Life Coaching.
In 2018, I found myself consumed by suicidal thoughts that I quickly sought help for. The shift I needed came in two simple ways. First was gratitude. I learned what it was to really embrace a daily gratitude practice, and in particular whenever I feel fear. Second was experiencing Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or tapping, as it helped reset my sympathetic nervous system ("fight or flight"). Using EFT has allowed me space to accept where I am at and to re/focus on what I need.
Then In 2020, I had a life-changing experience with psylocibin where my calling to serve others on their journey of self-discovery and personal expansion became undeniable. To support that, I earned my Masters of Science in Mind-Body Medicine in 2022, then became nationally certified as a Health & Wellness Coach in 2023. I have been integrating evidence-based information with a massive toolbox of amazing alternative therapies and traditional medicines to remain grounded and ready to be of service to others when it's their time to expand.
